We have 7,200 Sq. Meters (78,000 Sq. Ft) of manufacturing space in a modern block of two factories facing our private courtyard. More Two Shot: The facility houses 11 dual injection presses and 25 single injection presses. We have a class 100,000 clean room for highly cosmetic molding and In Mold Labeling. It is served by a climate controlled warehouse for critical overmolding components. We overmold onto glass and die castings, and overmold on Acetel (POM) and metal frames. Make your designs stronger, better, more robust and more profitable with precision overmolding.

More Decoration: Completed parts go through the best known processes: paint and spray coating, pad printing, automated pad printing, screen printing. For demanding metallic appearance, we specialize in chrome electro plating and selective chrome plate and vacuum metallization. Or choose In Mold Labeling (IML), and get superior results with no post-mold decoration at all. IML brings registered, permanent graphics to covers, trim, windows and push-button interfaces.

More Assembly: With broad experience and ample capacity, our well structured assembly process is flexible and adaptable. With several lines to configure, we can do everything from simple sub-assemblies to complete product build and test. Our deep supply chain handles a huge range of engineered components and secondary processes. Working with your AVL or establishing our certified suppliers for your needs, we extend your low cost supply chain through Asia. Collaborating with your engineers, we create a manufacturing plan and reliability testing to meet the most stringent demands.

More Final Pack: Your great looking parts and products demand equal attention to final pack. Some items need special cartons to feed your efficient assembly lines.
